- Design time is typically 7-10 business days, depending on workload it can be longer. To ensure timely turnaround, please review the website checklist and make sure to send applicable items within 3 business days.

💻 WEBSITE CHECKLIST
The website designers will need all of the required information listed below within 3 business days for all website development and design projects. If we do not have all of the information needed in this time frame, your site completion may be delayed.
 
Your business may not require all of the things on this checklist, but it is up to you to decide which things you will need for your site, and which things you won't (depending on how you would like for your site to look and function). 
 
💻 CONTENT (TEXT)
Please send all of your typed content (website verbiage, product/service names, pricing, etc…) together in a Word document (no screenshots). No exceptions can be made.
 
💻 IMAGES
Please send us all of the images that you would like added to your site. For the highest quality, professional photos are recommended. If possible, create a Google Drive account (free) to upload all documents and images for easy accessibility. For the best quality of images on your website, DO NOT send any pictures/images in a Word document as this decreases the resolution and quality of images. Logos and Images should be sent as attachments in an email (you can send multiple pictures in one email). Please send logo in PNG format (transparent) only. JPG or PNG file for Images are Okay. However, if you do not have any professional photos or free stock images, just let us know and we will choose some free stock photos to make your home page banners look nice.

For customer contact and where you want to receive all of your messages.
 
💻 BUSINESS CONTACT NUMBER
(Optional) If you want to include your business phone number on website.
 
💻 BUSINESS LOCATION
(Optional) If you want to include your business address on website.
 
💻 SOCIAL MEDIA LINKS
If you would like social media accounts integrated with your site, please send the link to your social media pages. 
 
💻 YOUR PAYPAL/SQUARE/STRIPE EMAIL ADDRESS
If you are using Paypal, Square or Stripe, we will need the password as well, as username in order to activate them (or you can request instructions on how to do this yourself).
 
💻 DOMAIN NAME and HOSTING
Designer will assist with the domain name, but the hosting is the client's responsibility.  The hosting fee is separate and not included in services provided by the designer.
