Third-Party Vendors. Some of the available services such as logos, websites, busy binders, and apparel might be provided by third-party vendors under arrangements between Daycare Time Solutions and the third-party vendors. You agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify Daycare Time Solutions and its licensees from all claims or losses that in any way arise out of, or relate to, the selection or use of any such service provider. Customer is responsible for tracking any packages once a tracking number has been given.
